Purpose and goal

The goal with tellus/u is to provide a way for companies to work with sustainability and at the same time involve their employees. In the game the players collects points for good habits. The good habits will decrease their carbon emission; which will in turn have a positive effect on the climate. Tellus/u can also strengthen shared corporate values that promote sustainability. During the course of the project tellus/u have been further developed to meet the needs of services companies with is tellus/u primary target group.

Expected results and effects

With tellus/u we want to create a positive effect on the individual, the company and the planet. Thu follow-up technology within the game and a survey for the employees the company can see what their achievements results in, both the change in their attitudes towards sustainability, but also the actual decrees in carbon emissions. The double effect happens when the company then invests in a good cause aimed at sustainability.

Planned approach and implementation

The project was carried out and completed as planned. A digital tool has been developed to deal with several participating companies. Four pilot projects were also conduced. These gave us the opportunity to adjust the game after feedback for the users; it also gave us insight in how tellus/u was received from both the companies as well as the employees. During the project the game has been developed to better accommodate the need of service companies, the primary target group. A business plan has also been developed that contains the strategy for tellus/s´s future
