Purpose and goal
The aim of this project is to develop a voice and text-based chat bot with the ability to perform a legal analysis of the user´s housing situation based on the user´s prerequisites as well as the his or her individual requests. The analysis is then presented to the user via speech and/or text. The goal of the project is to have a prototype ready for testing against the end user.
Expected results and effects
A voice and text-based chat bot offers a completely new interface for providing legal services. The user will gain access to the chat boat via web, phone and smart speakers. The technical structure of the prototype will be scalable in order to effectively build more voice and text based legal products. For example, in addition to creating legal analyzes, the chat boat could also use the interaction with the user as a basis to create different types of agreements. The prototype will support machine learning in order to be self learning in the future.
Planned approach and implementation
The project will be carried out in cooperation between Avtal24 and Voxo, and is scheduled to run for approximately 15 months.
