The Empatimasknforum (The Empathy Machine Forum) initiative was launched as part of the project to highlight AR / VR as a tool for empathy in social service work.
Planned approach and implementation
The project took its starting point in existing research and existing education tools, then transferring knowledge and methods to VR. Each prototype is based on a certain VR technology application as well as a certain scenario that addresses gender, power and psychosocial work environment. The prototypes have been tested together with professional professional management consultants, and the ambition is to continue testing and development in a continuation project.
