Project duration August 2015 - June 2016
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

The aim of the project was to plan and design a course for process leaders with intention to systematically scale up activities and spread knowledge to thousands of teachers. The objective was to maintain quality when we expand to train process leaders in our methodology, and that they in turn will be able to educate teachers at a level that motivates and creates change in schools. Together with consultants and researchers, we have developed a scalable, systematic, scientifically based and qualitative education that will start in August with high hopes of changing school in Sweden.

Expected results and effects

- Cooperation with Karolinska Institutet - Cooperation with consultant in process management - A pilot for testing measurement tools and educational methods completed with target group - Design for the whole education developed in collaboration with experts, researchers, target group - Research reviews conducted in three fields - Education scope increased (demand, participants, research foundation, coordination, educational content, etc) - Goal reached above scope of project - Education program completed.

Planned approach and implementation

We have had a systematic approach to implementation and, with it created a finished education and results over expectation, which we will evaluate and improve continuously during our scaling in coming years. We have had a stronger development than expected in the project, with one exception, we have not been able to evaluate the final product. Many important insights have required our flexibility, but has a result given us a more thorough projekt, sharpened objectives, and a better final product for scaling.
