Important results from the project
The goal for the project was to support Web Manuals Sweden AB in the development of a strategy for market introduction for the US market as well as further development of the company´s growth strategy.
Expected long term effects
The company has gained new insights that have enabled a refinement of the company´s growth and market penetration strategies for the US market.
Approach and implementation
The Web Manuals GAP team included 6 MBA students at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. They conducted 156 interviews with existing customers, potential customers, competitors, industry experts and employees of Web Manuals.
