Purpose and goal
The subject came to be about tomorrow´s university incubators where together we discussed the shortcomings and opportunities of today´s model and how we should construct tomorrow´s university incubators to stimulate maximum growth. We felt that we achieved our aim and goal where we got almost all the attendees interested in our study and created a debate among the participants.
Results and expected effects
Start a discussion in the Nordics about university business incubators by presenting a few insights from our global study and also get to know more about the key players in the Nordic innovation ecosystem. We got 75 visitors from young entrepreneurs to venture capitalists, politicians, incubator-admin, university representatives, lobbyists and other interest groups. Foreign and domestic. A very rewarding outcome.
Approach and implementation
A 2.5 hour event at the Clarion Hotel Sign, was a mix of presentations, panel discussions, lunch and business mingle as well as keynote speakers from the Swedish Parliament and from the VC firm Creandum. A fun and innovative event were we received a lot of praise for the organization and arrangements around.
