Expected long term effects

The project has resulted in the development of a customized offer and business model. Collaboration with other test and demo facilities has brought experience and visibility within RISE. Demonstrations and communication as well as participation at conferences have so far resulted in two large and a number of smaller projects.

Approach and implementation

Coaching in the offer has been conducted internally for resource efficiency and since relevant coaches are within the same company. At the training sessions, communication plan, offer and internationalization plans has been developed as a draft / sketch and then implemented in the project by relevance.
