Important results from the project
The goal of the project has been to start a collaboration with a PR agency and test whether it can be an efficient channel to build brand awarenenes and start strategic partnerships. The purpose of the project was to build brand awareness and attract new customers. Although the project has been affected by the corona crisis, we were still able to remain relevant and visible thanks to our collaboration with the PR agency. We have started partnerships with several major Swedish designers, appeared in digital channels, participated in editorials, appeared at galas, magazine covers and more.
Expected long term effects
One of the biggest challenges for us before the project started was to reach out to relevant partners, influencers, event organizers, media and designers. As both founders of the company are foreign born, it has been very difficult to reach the right people and create relationships with them without a good network. Reaching these people through the PR agency has led to significantly better results and more collaborations compared to before the project started.
Approach and implementation
At the beginning of the project, we met with three different PR agencies and chose Carlsson & Hägg because of their focus on innovative and sustainable fashion projects. Together with the PR agency, the founders have developed a PR strategy, identified relevant partners, target audiences and tactics to reach these target audiences. During the project, we have appeared in the PR bureau´s digital and physical channels with our dresses, rented out dresses to relevant influencers and stylists, lined up for interviews, editorials and participated in press days (both digital and physical).
