Purpose and goal
Product market fit and business model fit. Test and validate the focus of the product, support or customer support. We found answers on what we where looking for regarding target group, business model, and on boarding process.
Expected results and effects
We expected to have a ready model and package to a clear audience with a clear messages, we also expected to learn about pitching. Both of these results we achieved by going through this intense accelerator, through hard coaching and a lot of focus where we went through changes and reached new ideas and results. We can now present our service in a completely new and attractive way.
Planned approach and implementation
The arrangement was a kickoff for 2 days in Oslo, 3 weeks prior to the actual Tinc program. There already we felt that this will be high pace with high demands. Which we appreciated immediately. The first two weeks were very focused on education, 4 different mentor meetings a week, while the last 2 weeks were more meetings, and to work at the final pitch presentation. We thought the setup was really good!
