Purpose and goal
The aim of attending the TINC program in Silicon Valley was to evaluate product market fit for 1928 Ds products, estimate scaling potential and increase our network with focus on customers, collaborations and investors.
Expected results and effects
There is a need and interest for 1928 Ds products in the US healthcare segment and the company will now scale and adjust activities to prepare for US market entrance.
Planned approach and implementation
To perform analyses we arranged meeting and interviewed customers, potentail collaborators, future employees, investors and KOL. We also attended workshops and seminars to increase knowledge in areas such as marketing sales and company scaling processes.
