Status Completed

Purpose and goal

The purpose of the project was to develop a prototype, to test the prototype and thereafter develop a fully working product - that is, a fully scaleable web based digital examination system for tests, exams and knowledge evaluation in the school system. All goals in this project have been achieved beyond expectation.

Expected results and effects

The results delivered from this project have been well beyond any initial expectations. The schools that have participated in the project have reported that Dugga (the brand name of the product) is capable of increasing the efficiency and effectivity of knowledge evaluation in schools. Exams, papers, assignments and so on can be marked much faster than when using paper and pen. Feedback to students is faster and can be done in ways that are not available in the paper and pen-version of knowledge evaluation. Taken together, the outcome and result of the project is well beyond expectations.

Planned approach and implementation

Initially there some problems related to the execution of the project. However, we consulted VINNOVA and asked for permission to make some changes in the composition of the team. After doing these changes we were able to put together an excellent team that, from the outset, have been doing everything right at all times. The project have been outperforming all plans, goals and expectations that we set up in the beginning. As this project comes to an end we will will still go on with the same team in order to continue the cooperation and great job that we have done this far.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
