Important results from the project
The aim of the project was to create a prototype of the ´Drömuppdragets´ platform to validate its potential to the market and to see what functions are desired or lacking to create the greatest possible value for the users; students and companies. The project was generally carried out according to plan and together with the general positive response to the concept, a large amount of feedback has been received that will form the basis for the functions that will be highlighted and how they are designed.
Expected long term effects
Overall, planned results were achieved. A functional prototype was created where core functions were fully implemented, the remainder being illustrated in a mock-up without underlying code. This provided the opportunity to get concrete feedback on what is wanted or not wanted by a real product, which has paved the way for future development with good conditions to appeal to the market.
Approach and implementation
The project was carried out according to plan with an iterative working method where the development was regularly interspersed with tests, feedback and evaluation to effectively adapt and design the platform to meet the needs identified by users and partners. The approach, which brought about rapid changes in plan and layout, required some flexibility and patience with the project team, not least with the developer, but resulted in fewer changes being needed towards the end of the project.
