Approach and implementation

The project´s approach was a combination of central execution node connected to a network, ie, a so-called network model, where different skills and resources could be used when necessary. The project used various groups to control the project , a steering committee, and a project team, plus an industry group, was used. The project ran well, but possibly underestimated the needs a network model demands of coordination. It takes a lot of work maintaining a network, reorganizations and job changes are common. A larger central allotment for each party would have been needed.
