Purpose and goal

Tempus develops and creates value for customers in the flexible electricity market, Effectively reducing the energy market´s climate impact. The goal is to demonstrate the solution´s technical and business related benefits and the vision is to transform today´s centrally produced and distributed energy market into a more flexible decentralized energy market that utilizes the full potential of renewable energy sources

Expected results and effects

Tempus has entered the energy flexibility market and actively contributes to reducing climate impact both on the production side and on the user side. Tempus demonstrates its solutions and its technical, business and sustainability benefits in customer cases on markets in Europe as well as in Australia. The vision is to transform today´s energy market with central energy production and distribution into a more flexible decentralized energy market that utilizes the full potential of renewable energy sources is well on track

Planned approach and implementation

The feasibility study focuses on validating strategy for market entrance by validating market potential, key markets and sales arguments, so-called "Value Propositions", towards Tempus´s different customer categories. Leagal and IPR related conditions are evaluated and Tempus also runs an in-depth risk analysis. During the preliminary study, Tempus has also identified and approached demonstration partners, but also research expertise and niche competence in energy storage and the creation of trading systems
