Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project was to investigate the need for education and training in automation star techniques to increase the transformation towards more automation in Swedish industry. The goal is to be able to increase automation in Swedish industry through the right education, networks and role models and that more companies dare to take the step to invest in the technology.
Expected results and effects
The results have shown a concrete need for education and training in automation strategies and digitization strategies and the need for purchase competence for, among other things, robot solutions.
Planned approach and implementation
Three project-specific workshops have been carried out in each area and further workshops in related projects. In total, almost 100 companies have been analyzed in different levels regarding uatomation and digitization, which means that the setup for step 2 has become more clear and thoughts about educational needs and how and where the education should take place, before step 1 has been validated in these meetings.
