Status Completed

Purpose and goal

The project aimed to further professionalize the organization, secure its future existence and create opportunities to offer entrepreneurial and innovation counseling on other appropriate regional markets by: - Developing the concept - Create conditions to spread the concept - Secure long-term funding Efforts to develop the concept has been successful. Conditions to spread the concept are there, but first a long-term funding must be secured.

Results and expected effects

The project enabled the development of a new booking system that is tailored to the organization and the large customer volumes handled annually. The project has given the organization a good basis to work on for the possible future expansion. Through the process of trying to secure long-term funding we have concluded that a public core funding is needed to attract private partners. However, we hope that we will manage to secure long-term funding in the coming years.

Approach and implementation

The parts of the project that have been successful are those who have not been dependent on external factors, such as developing the organization and implement new tools. Securing long-term funding is dependent on external factors. When we started the project we thought we had good conditions to attract private partners. It proved to be crucial to have a secured public core funding to be able to attract private partners.
