Purpose and goal

The current project has developed a knowledge base, developed a project plan and identified project partners as a base for the forthcoming application for additional funds. The planning project has in all ways fulfilled its goals and in some instances exceeded them.

Results and expected effects

The planning project has developed a general model for substance use screening and short interventions among adolescents with different levels of use/misuse. The model is also a decision making tool helping the clinician to decide what to do next. In the model, the adolescent is given substantial freedom to participate in the shaping of interventions. A specific adjustment model with the aim at helping transportability has been added to the general model. All necessary partners has been involved and a project plan has been developed.

Approach and implementation

The original outline of the project has been somewhat reworked during the process. Things not thought from the beginning has been added to the project, this includes the specific adjustment model for transportability. Over all the outline for this project has worked well and all relevant target has been meet. The project has make good use of the consulting experts, thereby improving the overall quality in the project.
