Purpose and goal

Aim to develop a growing system in less dependency on growing in plastic cells have succeeded.

Results and expected effects

The new growing concept will in the long-range result that BCC reach new customers, meeting new customers need better and offer the current market a completely new and unique product.

Approach and implementation

Machine development has been conducted internally by BCCs engineers and consultants positioned at BCC. Prototypes have been developed and tested in order to draw conclusions about how the optimum machine design is achieved. External collaborators have been used in research on the growing systems biological conditions. Test growing was carried out by external partners in a relevant environment with real conditions.
