Purpose and goal
ScienceRouter is a platform for simplifying collaboration between researchers and companies. To know more about how some of Sweden´s most technology-heavy companies experienced research collaborations today and how they see that SceinceRouter could help them reach researchers internationally, this pilot study was conducted.
Expected results and effects
Valuable feedback emerged directly and indirectly in the project. Concrete improvement measures were highlighted, e.g. search and employment process was adapted to be in line with the purchasing process of the companies. After this project, we have a service that will be better suited to both buying and using for the partner companies.
Planned approach and implementation
Both qualitative interviews from various functions within the Volvo Group, CEVT and Volvo Cars were conducted as well as a user study where the partner companies tested the ScienceRouter Platform. Subsequently, a technical and financial plan was established that would enable taking ScienceRouter to market.
