Purpose and goal
The aim of the project was to analyze and evaluate the technical and market feasibility of Sana - the world´s first artificially intelligent (AI) teacher offering personal and adaptive teaching through a smartphone app. The project was conducted in parallel with our designed Explorer Program, where the technical, functional and commercial aspects of our service (beta-version) were analyzed together with reference users. The set goals were satisfactorily fulfilled.
Expected results and effects
In the project, we have confirmed the technical and market feasibility of Sana´s technology as well as identified new potential partners and attractive market segments. The results of our analyzes and assessments will provide a basis for our strategic decisions related to the development of the technology.
Planned approach and implementation
During the course of the project, we have through the Explorer program conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis of the app performance together with reference users. We have surveyed key stakeholders on commercial aspects. In addition, we’ve performed complementary market analysis including, for instance, the competitive landscape, user needs and segments, identified new partners and assessed the economics of the business. We have developed a plan for the following phase 2 project based on the business plan, compiled within the project.
