Important results from the project
An EU-application will be submitted with the aim to develop performance based design to be used as basis for fire safety requirements in national building regulations and insurance requirements and thus facilitate an increased use of timber in buildings in Europe. The project is within area NS-1 Building with wood of the Swedish national research agenda NRA. It is also stressed in the SRA of the FTP Forest Technology Platform for 2020.
