Purpose and goal
The project focuses on applications where a developed Si/SiC hybrid substrate will provide advantages for RF-devices operating in harsh environment. A Swedish SME has an urgent need for RF-devices for elevated temperatures, and will participate in the project. They will provide specifications and also evaluate developed components in a prototype demonstrator.
