Important results from the project
Participation in SWISS-SWEDISH INNOVATION INITIATIVE. Knowledge-wise, get a confirmation that the strategic objectives are in line with what is crucial. OUTCOME: The focus on sustainability and the environmental aspects in our business planning is fully consistent with the approach both commercial players such as ABB, Siemens. As well as institutional players such as Chalmers University. The industry in which we are working has by comparison a conservative approach to the concepts that we through participation in SWII got confirmed is of importance for future business models.
Expected long term effects
The short term effects will be on the level that they confirm or indicate the need for change , the existing business development . Long-term , it is a way for us to approach larger organizations , MNC or similar . As our development projects ARGOS is in a critical phase , it is difficult to provide a more clear picture about the expected results. The expectations that were on participation is partly met, then we will proceed with the two established contacts that will be able to provide expertise in specific areas
Approach and implementation
The inaugural meeting SWII represents has given us a deeper insight into the use of the institutional paths that are faster to reach a wider contact . The regular contacts we have today with Business Sweden and EEN we will continue as participation in SWII as this type of meetings with the associated network created by the Business Sweden gives us greater opportunities . An insight based on our participation is that several people in the organization should be given participation in this type of activity , four eyes and ears see and hear, more than two eyes and ears .
