The achieved goals are: - Establish strategic alliances - Contribute to increased competence development in the area - Generate spin-offs that contribute to development and societal change - Identify future R&D needs

Expected results and effects

With research and innovation as driving forces for change, ReLog is a catalyst for retail logistics transformations in society. The results from ReLog 2.0 are creating several spin-off companies and a plethora of collaborations in new constellations, new investments in R&D and innovation projects, new and streamlined processes in organisations, publications that provide new perspectives and questioning previously accepted truths, strategy development, new business models, and future R&D needs in the field.

Planned approach and implementation

With a scientific foundation and a research-based approach, ReLog achieve societal change through innovation and renewal. In collaboration with actors, ReLog takes a leading role as an inspirer and enabler for innovation by understanding needs, trends, new technology use, as well as creating, capturing, developing and testing ideas. Digitalization and sustainable development are the cornerstones of many new, innovative solutions that permeate the work within the ReLog platform.
