Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project Coordination funds for the program office for Produktion2030 is to finance the program office´s activities. The program office´s activities will in turn drive Produktion2030 towards the programme´s objective: Production in Sweden is sustainable and competitive. During the period of 2017 - 2019, the program´s four instruments as well as communication have continued to developed in accordance with the steering group´s strategic management.
Expected results and effects
The results of the program office (2017 - 2019) is a well-managed strategic innovation program, whose instruments, communication platform and other initiatives initiate innovation, drives competence development, increases the use of digitization and develops and strengthens collaboration between technology companies, universities, colleges and research institutes. The 6-year evaluation confirmed that the program office has the skills and capabilities required to ensure that the entire program is driven towards its objectives.
Planned approach and implementation
Produktion2030´s program office includes the program manager, deputy program manager, communications manager and four personsn responsible for each instrument. Vinnova´s administrators participate in weekly meetings. The program office has weekly meetings and an annual conference for internal development. The program manager regularly meets with each instrument as well as with larger projects. The programma office is a well-composed team, with broad competence and great respect for each other.
