Purpose and goal

QuizRR have succeeded in engaging collaborations with over 12 brands, 25 suppliers, organizations and business associations. Our end goal with the digital education tool is to at scale, increase knowledge, understanding and skills on dialogue based problem solving to create systemic change in global supply chains.

Expected results and effects

The long-term effect of the flexible and measurable training in Social Dialogue is capacity building, enhancing opportunities for sustainable workplace systems, workers´ voice and employee engagement in factories. The result is empowered employees, decent working conditions and safe workplaces. After the positive feedback and formed partnerships´ we now have a proof of concept and are entering the pilot phase where suppliers will educate their workforce with QuizRR Social Dialogue training. Employees change mind sets, learn problem solving skills and enhance self-esteem.

Planned approach and implementation

The execution of the project plan was overall fruitful and our collaboration with Just Solutions Network (JSN) and Oceans Observations resulted in successfully developing a Social Dialogue training prototype, completed in iterative steps to minimize costs. We conducted several meetings and workshops with different stakeholders to identify challenges for global brands, manufacturers, organizations, unions and employees in factories. We conducted market research and engaged experts in for the educational development of content as well as for the IT development.
