Purpose and goal

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Outcome of two process innovations Learningcenter with a clear norm-creative design was inaugurated in 2019. Today norm-critical pedagogy is included in teachers´ compulsory university pedagogy. The outcome of teacher education in norm criticism is a high degree of norm awareness among teachers, several have an interest in further developing the concept. Many have visited KLC; UKÄ, politicians, other universities and healthcare organizations. International cooperation on norm criticism and decolonization.

Planned approach and implementation

Initially, a pedagogical inventory is made ie, norm-critical learning objectives and pedagogical working methods. People with competence in drama pedagogy and norm-critical development work, and in norm-creative design are linked to the project. 15 teachers are trained in norm criticism via workshops 3x 2 days. KLC opens with a clear norm-creative design in 2019, norm-critical teaching started Ht19. More workshops were planned but excluded due to Corona
