Expected effect is that this work will lead to considerably reduce the payment problems of the target groups identified in the needs identification, and create conditions for the county administrative boards to succeed payment service mission and to meet society´s needs.

Approach and implementation

Arrangement is based on the basic facts retrieval, mapping, market research and then compilation, with subsequent analysis. Formerly known requirements was verified and confirmed by market analysis also shows that there is a strong willingness from stakeholders to meet identified needs. But the outcome of an innovation award is not given and thus have to work in multiple ways in parallel in order to prevent greater problems in society.
