Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose has been to pilot test, evaluate and package a train-the-trainer development concept on innovation leadership for municipal trainers and managers. The project has achieved the goal of developing in-house intermediaries in municipalities, which in turn can support and develop the ability to innovate by training municipal managers in innovation leadership. The goal of disseminating and utilizing the experiences on a broad front beyond the organizations that participated in the project has also been achieved.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Despite the fact that the Covid-19 pandemic delayed and made implementation more difficult, the project has resulted in six work packages being implemented with good results (see Other appendices 1). The overall assessment is that the effects of the project can contribute to increased innovative capacity in municipal organizations.
Approach and implementation
The project has been carried out interactively and in close collaboration between municipal organizations (Grästorps municipality, Gullspångs municipality, Skaraborgs kommunalförbund), an external intermediary (LiU Uppdragsutbildning) and researchers at Linköping University. The implementation included six work packages and can be summarized in three steps: 1. Train the trainers 2. Trainers train managers 3 Package and disseminate an offer based on the experience in steps 1-2 to more organizations
