Purpose and goal
Ultimately, the aim and objective is to increase the ability to contribute to a transition by creating sustainable values from biobased resources with a clear link to Agenda 2030´s 17 goals. Aims and objectives are to: identify for the business, central areas within the agenda, deepen the knowledge in Processum and within the cluster, clearly link projects to the Agenda, be the driving force in the region, strategies and goals Agenda 2030 have been incorporated into the design of applications and business planning, the communication strategy has a clear link to Agenda 2030
Expected results and effects
The basis for an action plan has been developed with suggestions for measures, activities and changes that can strengthen the organization´s work for sustainable development based on Agenda 2030. Processum is the inspiration and role model for the work on the Agenda in the region. At project closure, the knowledge has increased in Processum and the cluster. Important deliveries: - Identification of key areas of the business in the Agenda - All employees participated in a workshop on Agenda 2030 - Identification of SWOT for important parts and projects within the innovation environment
Planned approach and implementation
1. Knowledge mapping and inventory Interviews - employees, key players in the geographical region Environment / Mapping, relevant and up-to-date research and an inventory of relevant control documents for identified key players 2. Workshops with employees and members Four internal workshops have been performed to: Identify important Agenda 2030 areas for Processum Formulate SWOT Develop strategies for increased competitiveness Identify important Agenda 2030 areas for the cluster An external workshop; focus on collaboration, the role of cluster engine 3.
