Purpose and goal

The project had the goal of bringing a finalized product for removal of organic pollutants to the market. Very good results have been achieved in a real environment with the technical foundation of the product. Delays in the project have caused that not all activities have been executed and a few remain to be done to reach all set goals of the project. The finalized project have been designed and show lower cost than alternativs, but still needs to be stress tested. All projectpartners have chosen to continue the project.

Expected results and effects

The finalization of the product have been built on stepwise progress that have been showing results above expectations. The finalized product still lack the testing for showing the same results. The finalized construction and design of the product show lower cost than existing alternatives, but still need to show this over a long period. These result lay as a foundation to finalize a product that have high efficiency, low cost and user friedly environment. The project will continue and have already led to national attention, capital inputs and new products.

Planned approach and implementation

The project had the ambitious goal of going from an early prototype to finalized product. Some activities have been more time consuming than expected and led to delays in the project. Reconstruction of testing environments and disturbance in productio further delayed the project and led to not all activities could be executed. The project would have needed more room for disturbances to reach all set goals of the project. Despite flaws the project have reached the acknowledgement for continuation past set time goals for the project.
