Purpose and goal
Today, 10 regions work together where everyone works to develop their ability to conduct user-driven and transformative development work in the direction of person-centered care. The focus has been on developing learning and communication between policy, and patients´ experiences in healthcare. The most important results are. Many project with user involvement have been carried out around the country. An attitude and cultural shift in a user-driven direction. An increased understanding of design and insights into system perspectives and the need for design at system level.
Expected results and effects
The project result is carried on by Experio Lab in continued operation. We will continue to develop an exploratory work based on user needs that includes policy, culture, governance and management, and doing to create health. - In-depth collaboration with the academy. We develop a neutral platform for collaborating parties together with Karlstad University / CTF in a clear focus on system transformation and policy. - Open up for collaboration with environments within municipalities and others. - Develop systems Transformative project of national levels.
Planned approach and implementation
The project has been led by Region Värmland in collaboration with a working group with participants from 3 other regions. The group has had the support of a management group with participants from 6 regions, as well as the Experio Lab research group of 15 researchers. Monthly digital meetings with all regions have been conducted, supplemented by 2 annual physical conferences. The project was able to recruit expertise with experience in national policy halfway. Something that had been needed before. The arrangements has created a broad anchoring and continued operation.
