Important results from the project
The purpose was to meet with potential clients and business partners at or adjacent to the Swedish Institute´s ´Innovative Sweden´ exhibition in Tokyo and spread a general picture of Sweden as an innovative cleantech country during the same exhibition. The goal was fulfilled by OrganoClick holding about 10 meetings with Japanese business partners and by OrganoClick showcasing it self as part of the first days of the exhibition.
Expected long term effects
The direct effects and results of participation at the exhibition were a number of tangible business discussions with Japanese companies which can generate sales in 2014. Since the autumn of 2013, these meetings resulted in a number of collaborative projects. Moreover OrganoClick got to know people, acting as distributors and the like, who can facilitate the company´s future presence in Japan.
Approach and implementation
OrganoClick representatives participated at Innovative Sweden exhibition in Tokyo. In connection with the inauguration of this, a presentation about the company was held and OrganoClick showcased it self. The following day another presentation was held at the Swedish Embassy in the framework of the exhibition. In addition, meetings were held with Japanese business partners in connection with the exhibition. These meetings were organized by OrganoClick with the assistance of Business Sweden.
