Purpose and goal

Impact 3C has been a continuation of KTH´s work to systematically, strategically align and strengthening its societal impacts through collaboration. The project has been an implementation phase through the line organization, where the forward looking perspective and action orientation have been catchwords. The schools have appointed Impact leaders, impact strategies have been developed and Impact is included in the KTH management processes.

Expected results and effects

KTH activities for creating persistent work with Impact through collaboration is strengthened by Impact leaders at KTH schools been appointed . Methods to identify, collect and describe the impact cases have been developed. Arenas for learning and exchange of experience between schools and support activities have been established. A new handoff to the university management has been implemented. Ownership of the Impact work has been raised to the Pro Vice-Chancellor level.

Planned approach and implementation

3 phases. 1) Appointment of Impact leaders: Preparation of school management and support functions. 2) Implementation: Transition to the line organisation, development of Impact strategies for the schools. Implementation of the common themes, sharing of experiences and learning 3) Priority continued through the outcomes from Vinnova Pilots for assessment of collaboration , handover to the new university management
