Purpose and goal
Based on the project goals Exibea assess that the project has been successful. We have developed a service that strengthens Exibea within the field of sustainable design with the focus of decreasing business and organizations electricity consumption. We have developed an inspiring and simple to use services that visualizes businesses and organizations energy consumption. We hope that the service will contribute to enthuse and provide a spur for people within organizations´ to decrease the organizations energy consumption and CO2 footprint.
Results and expected effects
Exibea assess that project has strengthen Exibeas competiveness and market position. The service developed opens up a exiting new market for Exibea. Exibeas has further strengthened the successful cooperation with researchers and key partners. This has contributed to strengthen Exibea organization and produced positive synergies. Hopefully the project will result in that several organizations gets a tool to decrease their energy consumption and by that their CO2 footprint.
Approach and implementation
The project has been realized in four steps during a period totally 12 moths. The initial project plan has been followed throughout the project except some minor adjustments. At first the goal was to realize the project in 8 months but due to difficulties to find suitable partners in the beginning of the project it took a little bit longer time than expected.
