Important results from the project
The "Optimal Ship Route and Engine setting" project aims at developing a service that automatically calculates the optimal route for merchant vessels sailing across all of the world´s oceans from port of departure to destination. The goal of further developing NoorCare AB´s network in China is well met after visiting China in November 2018.
Expected long term effects
Create interest in the project within NoorCare AB´s existing network in China, as well as further develop the network within the weaknesses, such as law and finance.
Approach and implementation
Well aware that it takes TIME to build the important business relationships with partners in China, we are very pleased to have had valuable meetings with one of the main actors. In China, perhaps even more so than in the rest of the world, it´s extra valuable to get the network to grow through existing contacts. The global shipping world is small, and the personal TRUST required for successful business is enormously high.
