Purpose and goal
The purpose of this project was to prepare for the market introduction and finding appropriate business models, market channels, partnerships and pricing models as well as a market study and lower product costs. We have managed to achieve our set targets.
Results and expected effects
Our Vinn Nu project has been very successful. We have visited many customers on site to find weaknesses in the concept and in order to more clearly understand strategic choices of applications, business models, needs and product design for 2015 +. Market study shows the need of mobile automation in Sweden as well as Europe and the U.S..
Approach and implementation
We have put a lot of energy to visit and discuss with customers, look at real situations to understand the weaknesses of the concept. We have involved consultants with a focus on product costs. We have created a refined modular concept on both product and system level. Two new patents are being sought. Consultants we have also helped developed a production economic model that calculates productivity and contribution margin. The model helps us to calculate the appropriate price and the payoff for a complete installation.
