Purpose and goal
Open Social Cloud Services offer two major innovations to the challenge of Information Society 3.0: a cloud platform for municipal services which is new in Sweden and configurable services which are new in the EU. Configurable services make it possible to provide general IT solutions easily adaptible to local needs. The project also provides the basis for a municipal process library, which in itself is an innovative analysis platform.
