Purpose and goal
The aim was to gain a better understanding and increased knowledge which would speed up the process of establishing ourselves in new markets. The goal was to be in place in at least three countries outside Sweden with local dedicated team and a clear strategy for rapid growth. We never got as far as we are without the project grant we received. We have taken a giant step forward, and have worked out a clear strategy. We had hoped for an international launch by year-end, it proved a little too ambitious, but we are in place, the teams are set and we are close to a launch in the markets we set targets.
Results and expected effects
The goal was that after the project period would have had an understanding and knowledge of how and where we should continue our expansion. Everything we´ve done will facilitate the continued establishment and also speeds up the process towards becoming a growth company, and demonstrate a positive cash flow.
Approach and implementation
The actions we set as goals have all been implemented as planned.
