Purpose and goal
The purpose and the goal has been met through the creation of an on-demand marketplace for brokering of customer handling services.
Expected results and effects
This marketplace gives us a strong new revenue channel, while it also furthering setting us apart from other customer relationship management systems. It also enables our customers and users to reach out to and expand in markets more easily both locally and globally.
Planned approach and implementation
The development work has taken slightly more resources than planned, which has been funded by our other assets in order to deliver the service according to schedule. Other than the added cost, the product has been developed in a good way, and tests have shown that it delivers according to what we had hoped. Further, we can see that it was a good choice to build marketplace at Evolumi´s platform as it has sped up the process considerably compared to also developing new core functionality.
