Purpose and goal
The objectives of the projects were: To create an open model for cooperation where industrial firms, functions of society and newly arrived academics that results in increased innovation and integration. This objective is well fulfilled in the first version of the least viable prototype that was tested. Other objectives are also fulfilled as: mapping of stakeholders, project agreement, analyze of conducted workshop, market strategy etc.
Expected results and effects
The results are that we have better knowledge to scale up the created model for innovation and integration. The mapping of stakeholders helps us to understand how to build a consortium for an application to UDI Stage 2. The conducted workshop gave very positive results. Both the newly arrived academics and the industrial firm were very pleased. One of the participants rose up and spontaneously said ´I thank Sweden for what you are doing for us´.
Planned approach and implementation
The work in the project was focus around the design and carry out of the workshop model that was tested. Another focus was to map the stakeholders. Both these activities has given us important insights to proceed with an application to UDI stage 2. International contacts were sought. A visit to Copenhagen Business School was planned but canceled due to illness by them. The results from the workshop was analyzed and ideas of improvements was created.
