The purpose has been to confirm the market and the needs of the product, develop knowledge, contacts, organization and team as well as create interest. The goals were to verify market and needs, to increase knowledge of market and purchasing logic, as well as to develop the business model and expand the network. Purpose and goals have been achieved.
Expected results and effects
The project has resulted in the next step being taken with a refined product, deeper understanding of the market, developed business model, enhanced organization and team, expressing customer interests and new investor contacts.
Planned approach and implementation
The aim has been to meet people representing the customer segments, to make contact with potential suppliers and investors as well as to link skills to the project. Layout and implementation have fallen out well.
