Purpose and goal
With the project we have validated the hypothesis about start-ups as a market with need for innovative solutions. Further have explored the opportunity of engaging with needs identifiers and their willingness and ability to participate. During the project we have also tested our value proposition and validated the interest from ´Entrepreneurs´ to participate as innovators for the test market
Results and expected effects
- A prospect list of 100 companies that fit the project criteria was developed. - A list of relevant needs identifiers was developed using the We Have Company network. - Developing a compelling value proposition - Activity plan with dates, action points is set. Agenda and process for meeting project is defined. - Contracts are ready with the support of a legal agency. - Cold-calling and processing prospects on mail and social. - Preliminary list of companies that are strong candidates for participating.
Approach and implementation
- During our dialogs with the entrepreneurs and needs identifiers our view of the market and the value of the project has evolved more in tune with the stakeholders view. - We have learned that it´s a challange to explain the purpose, goal and scope of the project for entrepreneurs in a simpel way. Also it is going to require more work to build the market then we had previously assumed. - Communication material was tested live and a second round of adjustments have been made. - There is a large interest amongst needs identifiers and a demand for the meeting project amongst the Entrepreneurs.
