Purpose and goal

The objective of this project was to investigate and evaluate technical and market possibilities to achieve a solution to meet and open the market segment we had identified as an opportunity. The market opportunity we had identified was to reach small and medium sized companies who previously haven’t invested in solutions like ours ( event apps). Our approach is to offer this as an online sales solution, with added features.

Expected results and effects

The conclusion from the project is that we think it is both technical and commercial feasible to implement the ideas and assumptions that this project is based on. Results, in summary: -Technical roadmap with the different technical steps are described - Product plan, aligned with the technical roadmap, to functionally describe the future of the product - A marketing plan focusing on target customers, channels, marketing approach and sales/organization to support

Planned approach and implementation

The project has been executed during winter and spring 2018 with resources from the MeetApp group. The project has resulted in a number of investigations and analyses. The results, or the conclusion of this, has been embedded in the business plan for the company until 2020. The work has included technical investigations, planning, discussions with possible partners as well as studying competition and market to optimize packaging/product. Deliverables: -Technical / product roadmap -Identified partners -Analysis of market and competition -Discussions with customers and resellers
