Expected results and effects

Result of the participation did not match our expectations because the event was arranged more like a national Dutch Event and not as the usual Eurostars international event in spite of the significant number of international participants. We got some contacts by visiting the expo hall, but the network app was a disappointment to have pre-booked meetings.

Planned approach and implementation

Result of the participation did not match our expectations because the event was arranged more like a national Dutch Event and not as the usual Eurostars international event in spite of the significant number of international participants. The event area was spread over the Rotterdam harbour and there was no clear information about where every session was happening. Mainly due to almost all information was in Dutch and the network app didn´t work and also the event staff could not guide us to correct places. It was very poorly arranged as an international event.
