Purpose and goal
The goal of the project was for us to get a fair and objective view if a USA launch would be profitable and reasonable for the company with our current offering. In the end, we received a great report covering many angles of the opportunity along with a recommendation and a financial analysis.
Expected results and effects
We got a report of about 50 pages that rigorously covered the different parts of a potential market entry, along with a recommended course of action and a financial plan.
Planned approach and implementation
After a startup meeting in Los Angeles during the summer 2016, we established 5 different hypotheses for the students to test during this project. These were tested in great detail through a great deal of primary research consisting of, among other things, more than 150 interviews with partners, customers, competitors and industry experts. The findings along with a recommendation was presented to us in the form of a report at the end of the year.
