Important results from the project
The project aims was to strengthen the project managers´ leadership qualifications and scientific depth by collaborating with researchers in an international environment. The aim of the research is to better understand the long-term consequences for people injured in traffic accidents and what steps need to be taken to reduce suffering. The goal was to develop a project proposal to VINNMER Marie Curie Industry Outgoing Grant which was submitted in March 2015.
Expected long term effects
Involved organisations expanded their research network through this visit. The project manager along with the host organisation committed another institution that is expected to have a positive impact on the project manager development as a research leader. During the visit a career plan and a project plan was compiled and a complete application for VINNMER Marie Curie Industry Outgoing Grant was submitted in March 2015.
Approach and implementation
The project manager visited two leading medical institutes that led to cooperation between all three organisations in the complete application.
