Purpose and goal
Verification should provide data and conditions for implementing a national program for identifying and developing leadership within all SME, state and local government. Today we have no reference to the type of leadership that is expected / obligations on different positions. We want the project to develop a comprehensive survey which is then linked to various tools and training packages for each management area. All this will build on that every organization must be members.
