Purpose and goal

Wildfires Culture and leadership app lead2win is a tool based on solid science and research on human behavior. In a fast, easy and playful way it enables large organizations to spread culture and develop their leaders in order to excel in customer experience. The tool is specifically powerful in geographically scattered organizations with little or no time for meetings (ex retail). The project aims to enhance the understanding of user experience, customer and market structure with the purpose to create a basis for international expansion.

Expected results and effects

The project shows strong result as 8 out of 10 managers se that their employees are more inclined to make their own decisions and act in accordance with the values.

Planned approach and implementation

We feel that the interviews and close collaboration with pilot-customers has been upmost important in this project.
