Purpose and goal
The aim with the project ´Knowledge creation and creativity in lean organizations´ is to study the prerequisites and possibilities for the creation and transfer of knowledge and creativity in lean organizations.
Results and expected effects
The research project aim to contribute with increased knowledge and concrete proposals concerning how knowledge creating processes and a knowledge oriented leadership can contribute to create creativity, innovation, renewal, and change in lean organizations.
Approach and implementation
In the research project we will combine qualitative and quantitative methods in order to ensure and examine both the effects and the development of a deeper understanding for how and under what circumstances a long-term ability for innovation can be created.
